Hi, i just got a 2002 A3 1.8T and i want to do some things to it, what do you recomend me to do first? I ordered a cold air intake and a manual boost controller to start. What else i could do to it without having to chip the ECU?

I'd be careful with a manual boost controller. Why are you against chipping the ECU?

 

what do you mean with to be careful with the manual boost controller? ive been told that the max you can boost is 14psi if it goes up, the ecu trhows it down to 5psi.
Im not against chiping the ECU, just want to know what can i do to improve it, without having to chip the ECU. btw what ecu chip is better, the APR, REVO or GARRET X???
