stock engine, 200bhp, 200ft/lbs torque
chip it = 240 hp, 280 ft/lb torque
exhaust = 20 more hp and torque
CAI = 10-15 hp and torque
get a 100 oct reflash = 10-20 more hp and torque, but that's paying 6 bucks a gallon of the racing gas
APR K04 turbo = 280 hp WITHOUT any of the above mods
with all these mods, get fatter/stickier tires and better engine mounts to keep your car on the ground
get bigger brake rotors and pads if you're gonna do any of these mods
get a rear sway bar, preferably 25-26 mm and you can take right turns at 30-35 mph without skidding to the left lane

Actually, I had my car on the dyno, stock, for the K & N intake prototype.
Two runs with the following results to the wheels:
198 hp - 222lbs tq
197 hp - 232lbs tq
Pretty close to the stock numbers. Then again, this is the "stock" program from REVO.
I'm looking forward to getting another dyno after the CAI and exhaust on the REVO 93 program. I really want to see how many ponies I'm running.
Cheers!

He's 16 and most ppb a new driver. Obviously he has Internet access. If he had any driving interest (which usually correlates more or less proportionately to driving skills) he would have looked up the specs. The last thing he needs is a chip, unless it is for the APR valet mode.

Definitely need the octane booster in California. I use the quart size grey bottle of Turbo 108. There is a noticeable difference between the 91 and 93 programs. Interesting to see how much of difference there is with the CAI and Exhaust too.
