Have the car being inspected so I am close to owning a 2007 A3 Quatrro 3.2 S-Line and had a few questions

What are some good , inexpensive mods to start off with? I was thinking an interior LED light kid and LED license plate kit to start?

I see some people swap out the shifter ***** on the automatic, what are some good options I should look at?

The car has some 18 redline wheels that look like they were powdercoated, I am considering finding a set of 18" stock s wheels, any particular year/model I should look at? Also, wheel size, pattern would be nice to know.
