Hello,

I am the owner of a new2007 A3 and also new to the group. I love the car, but I have owned it for less than a week (it has 412 miles on it) and the a/c compressor has already gone out. Has anyone else on the forum had compressor problems? Thanks for your responses.

I have a 2007 A3 also and a couple months ago my compressor went out and the dealer installed a new one and flushed out my system for free. Ive heard its a known problem but since its been fixed I have not had a problem

The dealer is taking care of it today. I was mostly interested to see if this was a common problem.
