i left subaru for audi. i had the forester XT. it was certainly quicker and, in many ways, more fun to drive. the fuel consumption was pretty costly and the money saved per month with the 2.0T actually covers my car payment. the ultimate reason i switched was build quality. subarus are loud as a cessna on the inside, dent if you look at them wrong, and have more squeaks and rattles than the haunted mansion. i miss the utility aspect and the go-kart feel of it, but my road rage has actually gone down since getting a quieter interior.
