I wouldn't want to be messing with the A-pillar with the side curtain air bag in there...
Isn't the project on a convertible?
Yes, hence my comment thatthis mod may be OK onA3Night's S2000.
I was responding to Audinam when he asked about making the same mod to his A3...

Here's another update....

Its done!!!!!!

On/Off Splash Screen

Speaker in the window defroster vent.

As you can see, I gave up texturing all together. Instead, I matched the guage cluster satin black. I'm not sure if I'll go ahead and paint the roof trim and the other a pillar but we shall see.

Looks really nice Night. You definitely have a lot more patience and skill than me for that sort of work. Very professional.

Cheers!

Very good work! Although, as you've said before, it'll be harder on the A3 due to the cloth surface on the A pillar.

Amazing work!!

What Nav are you using... I have an older Garmin and placement is an issue b/c unless sitting just right it doesn't seem to get access to the satellites... Did you run the external antenna or is it good like that??

Using a TomTom one. It has one of the best antenna's for reception out there. I remember the day I picked it up, the Best Buy dude said that its the only one that can pick up a signal in the store. SOLD!
