Hey guys i'm hoping someone could help.

I have a 2002 A3 TDI Sport Quattro, and today my wife bumped off a kerb coming out of the drive and there is fluid pouring out.

Friend of mine says I've cracked the steering rack, now ofcourse the dilema!

1j2422061am is the part number I managed to squeeze out of Audi. I'm hoping to get a used or refurbished one, but no one is able to match that part number.

Is there anyone that could shed any light on the subject?
