Default rear wiper washers

I have an a3 three door My rear washers are not working. There is water in the bottle and the motor is working as it feeds water to the front screen. Is there an easy fault finding way to find the fault

I had same problem. Take the panel off in your boot on opposite side to washer jet. On mine the hose had came off and the water was going all over my boot lock which corroded and I needed new one as my alarm kept going off cause the car kept thinking it was open. Hope it helps

not really sure what you mean but if its what i think you mean then theres a 13 mill bolt that holds the wiper blade on the motor. 1st take the round plastic clipp off then take the bolt off and lay you wiper blade flat against window so its facing left (passenger side if you live in uk) tighting bolt up and give that a try.

abo and maxsinc, have tried to clear the jet at the wiper? Try soaking it in vinegar and using a fine pin. Hard water can plug these nozzles up

hi paul,
I have taken the bolt out to recenter the wiper blade however it seems my problem is with the wiper hinge, it is slightly loose thats why when the wiper is working it touches to the bottom body, which makes noice and damage to the body paint.
Do you know how can i tighten up the wiper hinge?
