Removing Interior Door Panels?
Both my passenger side doors rattle when the music has too much bass. I want to get in there and tighten things up a bit but i can't seem to get the door panels off. I took out the two set screws at the bottom and popped out some of the plugs by pulling towards me around the edges. But i couldn't get the thing to budge.
Anyone know how to do this? Pictures would be awesome.

When you open the door theres the 2 screws on the bottom theres also a couple on the top side of the door panel. Then pull up on the door panel there on hooks not pins. you'll have to diconnect locks & window switches to remove panel.

On the 2003 models and below there are also a few screws within the door handle, then it is just a case of lifting the whole panel upwards and removing the door locking cable, and a few wires.
Not sure if you are based in the UK, but an A3 haynes manual would show you how to do this. I think they are around £10-15.

RE: Removing Interior Door Panels?
I have a 2006 A3. I found the two screws on the bottom of the panel but could not locate any on the top. I saw a write up on how to remove panels from a jetta and part of the process involved taking out the backing of the door handle. I couldn't see anywhere to do this on my car. ANyone have pictures?
Is that manual available in the US?
