I'm not aware of any free repair manuals. I've always bought the Bentley repair manuals as needed for my cars. However they use an extremely outdated delivery platform (Needs Windows XP + bad search function).
I've heard you can subscribe to alldatadiy.com that has not only the same information as Bentley but the search function/interface is much better as well since they deliver it through the web.

Pick your poison but I don't think you can find a complete free repair manual legally speaking

 

I was disappointed by the Bentley manual. I got a current manual from emanualonline.com for only 10 pounds (less than $14). It was a lot of work to download,but the info is there.
