You should get rid of the amber side markers...

 

I think it breaks up the color a bit - the complete stealth look isn't really my taste. I may swap them for the clears though.

I've never understood it...why do US cars require the amber side markers? I can completely understand amber turn signals on the back (which my car has, but US cars don't have) but the extra amber sidemarker seems so redundant give that it sits just a few centimeters under the amber turn signal indicator.

Lava, like the stance on your car and the colour. I bet your car would look great with the S3 metallic mirror caps!

Thanks fusionx - I am considering a gunmetal finish when I get new rims. I'm not sure how black will contrast with the lava. As far as keeping it clean, I don't do anything special. I only use soap before a wax (once a month), otherwise water only. I have no experience with detailing - I just wash it a lot! It helps to be in SoCal where the weather is pretty consistent. It's far from flawless up close (road chips are magnified in Lava), but thanks for helping me keep the illusion going!

I had my dealer do it. They have a shop in Westlake Village, CA that they use. I will get the name. I don't know the %, because I asked for limo and that's definitely not what I got. I didn't press it, because I think it looks good a little lighter.

duc748 - I just got the name of the place that does the tinting for Van Nuys Audi - i haven't gone in yet, but I talked to the owner - and he was super chill. They have a ton of shades as well as brands. I'll post the info when i return from out of town...
