Hmm...Hmm...Brakes???

Definitely next on my list, but then I'm not so much into the bling as you.

I also definitely decided to go with the Zimmerman Slotted Rotors, S/S lines, racing fluid & Mintex Pads. That should give a huge improvement in pedal feel and stopping distance without the drag of a BBK. My $.02.

Cheers!

Sorry to ressurect a dead thread, but two things...

1) Stryker, your A3 is the baddest of the bad-*** cars ever to roll from Germany.

2) Is there any chance/hope of a DIY or something for installing these A6 leds on a stock/s-line bumper.

Remember it was my idea, but the actual mod was done by a guy named nick @ german motoring down here in miami.

I'm @ the tuner shop quite often i'll see if he minds to type one up or maybe put it on paper and i'll post it for everyone interested.

Since the thread has been ressurected... a couple of things. First, still one of the best looking A3's I've seen Stryker. Second, I love the picture of your rear license stating your in the "sunshine state" while your car is covered in water!

I am extremely interested!

Do the lights come on as your daytime running lights or do they replace your fog lights or what?

They are brighter then your avg. halogen headlight, but remember they are @ fog light level so they are not dangerously blinding at all.

Glad this thread just revived, since I just arrived. Stryker, that front-end job is rightous. Speaking of plates...I love the Euro-plate treatment on the front. Maybe I need to drop afew (thousand) lettersinto the Governator here in Cali to get the front plate law killed. BTW, LED DRL'sare coming to the next A3...
