35, Redondo Beach, I am a Certified Executive Chef (careful how you use the "chef" term Nam!) but I'm actually a Director for operations in my current job.

Sorry Yuppie, I am a little older, at least physically.

 

Chef is aging well too, he got carded for beer at Champ's. Any more kids and he would have to trade up from an A3 though.

at least i work the line instead of standing around supervise and take all the credit from the line cooks! i never said i was the head chef or exec chef. personally, i like working in the restaurant than for a corperation, i'll just get bored...... but then again, that's where my A3 comes in. either way, i respect all in the svc industry .
