Hi to all 2003 A3 8P (3 door) owners!

can anyone tell me how to access the door speakers and the rear speakers in the car, i can't figure it out, and i don't really want to rip anything, anyone have any ideas of how to hide the wires as well because i haven't a clue. i don't really feel like ripping any carpets today. if anyone can tell me what's behind the sidewalls of the boot that'll be brilliant too as i want to fix some amps on that. thx a lot
