We have a 2001 Lexus GS430 and if you hold down the remote unlock button for fove or more seconds, you are able to roll down all four windows and the sunroof.

When giving the car to a valet, you can insert the key into the lock and lock it. But you can also lock it without the key. Just push the lock in and the trunk locks itself. To unlock it you would need to use the key.

Anyone know of any little tricks that many aren't aware of? Can be anything.

Yup. windows go up and down with key in door.

Also go to audizine.com and to the B5 A4 sectiona and there is an easter egge section. look there for stuff.

If you hold down the circulate air button and press the + and - temperaturebuttons, You will switch between Fahrenheit an Celsius in your outside temperature desplay.

 

I can roll the windows up and down with the lock and unlock buttons on my key. so many things that vag software does for ya.

Exactly what do I need to purchase to be able to do that....I'm asking because I see vag cables with software on ebay for like 15 bucks, will those work or is there something else I need to purchase.

btw....I do have a nice laptop that will be able to run any software needed.
