get a CF engine cover and then get the 3.0 fluid cover and ur engine bay will look prudy clean
and was there any noticable changes in performance
Granted I have a Tip transmission, I could notice an increase in performance. That, with my Borla exhaust has been a nice upgrade. I can definatly notice more low end torque, as well as a little bit more "get up and go".

I was thinking about it, but I would loose those sweet looking rings... I don't know if it's worth it!
Actually the pair looks awesome.

3.0 fluid cover? What's that? With the Carbonio Intake being Carbon Fiber, and the engine cover being Carbon Fiber, the right side of the engine bay would be "Carbon Fiber-less". Do they making anything for the right side of the engine bay?

So... It's just a filter with a cover?[:-]

I was under the assumption that it was an actual box.

Negative, a box would restrict airflow, this is trying to maxamize airflow...

I see what you are saying now, thanx. If I decide to go with the Carbon Fiber engine cover as well, I will definatly have to pick up one of those 3.0 covers for the right side of the engine bay.

yea i thought it eas a box also like the old carbino, yes you will get more air floe(same as my evo intake) but your air intake temp is much higher(also same as evo). after seeng those pics i dont want it anymore, my evo is just as good with the custom heatshield that i made and it is exactle same as the cf cover that u have on top of your filter.
