You can get anti-squeal. Its a sticky paste that you apply to the back of the brake pad so that it stays in the caliper. Try that.

 

You don't even really have to do that. If you just want 'em to stop squeaking, just have 'em cleaned. But that will only solve the problem for another few months til they start squeaking again.

I'm not sure if there is any real permanent fix, but if that stuff brrman was talkin about works, I say go for it.
