Loosen off bolts and drop the car off the jack, if that don work drive it for a very short distance swerving from left to right, if that don't do it I'd get the angle grinder out and cut that corner of the car off.

 

If its on a lift, leave one bolt in and karate kick it from underneath the car to the outside. I had to do that on some Porsches I changed the wheels on.</P>

 

hapened to me. it's pita. boosteda4 has said it best. spray some penitrating fluid on it (PB blaster) let it sit for a while then kick it some more or hit the wheel with a rubber malit.for some more info droping your car down on it doesent do anything (i tried it)
