Have it checked by an audi tech if I were you. I doubt if Ford mechanics know half of the technology on an A4.
The price doesn't sound too bad - though thats in Euros and I am not really familiar with the cost of living where you are.
MAKE SURE YOU TEST DRIVE IT FIRST at least. Listen for suspension squeaks (controls arms), any exhaust leaks, feel for odd vibrations, test the brakes, get a feel for the clutch (if is manual).
Have you ever driven/owned an audi before? they are great cars to drive, but maintenance will cost more than if you buy a ford.
