I wouldn't recommend it for a daily driver. Never forget that it is a luxury car. Luxury means expensive. Expensive repairs, expensive parts. I have never liked the 1.8 turbo. It's underpowered, they run very rough and noisy at idle. These cars are very leaky. I think that car is already done or maybe has another 10k of miles left on it.

I can tell you right now what the car needs, unless the previous owner treated it like a 45 year old man treats a 22 year old blond bombshell girlfriend.

The cam adjuster seals leak. The transmission output seal Leaks. The differential seals leak. The upper control arm bushings tear. It will have had at least 2 sets of ignition coils replaced by now. It may need it's second timing belt. Vacuum pump is probably on it's way out. Probably gonna need some vacuum lines repaired. It will probably have a couple of coolant leaks. The exterior door trims fall off. The center dot matrix screen between the tach and the speedo is probably missing some pixels. If there are any warning lights on, that right there is at least 500 bucks at a dealer, 330 at a indie shop.

The good: They are SAFE. If your gonna get in a wreck, do it in a Audi or any German Car. The all wheel drive is FLAWLESS. They are amazing in the snow and rain. The build feels heavy and solid. Even though I don't like the turbos, the turbo itself rarely go out. The audio units for the most part outlive the car. Spend the extra money on a naturally aspirated V6. The V6 still leaks, but not as often and not as bad.
