found one for about 16 MINT shape carfax came back clean... just wondering if it'd be worth it as i would test drive it and whatnot but from opinions alone are these easily modded cars? i can put a chip in it right? how is the torque? thanks in advance just don't wanna jump into cold water and be SOL ya know

 

Yes there is a lot you can do with the 1.8T, and 16k sounds like a great deal.

 

get a PPI done or you will regret it. I test drove a MINT 02 a4 and then had a PPI done, come to find out that the turbo was blown and the tranny was bad, car only had 54k miles.
