04 A4 1.8T Pressure Plate & Most Common Blown Fuse
Just obtained the service record for my car and found out that it had a pressure plate failure.
Has anyone had pressure plate failure in their 04 1.8T?
What can cause this & how can it be prevented?
What are the most commonly blown fuses?

Im guessing but i think it would be the clutch start slipping and the pressure plate doesnt get the adequate amout applied to the plate. Which causes Plate Failure.
Its the OEM clutch pressure plate and flywheel right?
Think about going aftermarket.
Popular clutches for Audi's are Spec and Southbend,
that seems to be the brands that people get.
