There is no such thing as a V4 engine. There are flat fours, which look like this: (cylinder)__
\(crank)
\__(cylinder)
and Inline fours, which are stood up in a line.

And 1.8T for me. 2.0L block bored/stroked to 2.2, and just a GT2871 or even a GT28RS .86.
There is no such thing as a "flat four".. There is such thing as an inline 4 cylinder though.

You are telling me.. you can seriously get a 1.8T up to 700 HP? Seriously here lol

I red somwhere that s/c 3.0L can hit around 320 - 350 HP

Thats pretty bad-a$$ for an audi..

Honestly i dont know what i would rather have. I love my 3.0 and i do plan on s/c it after more extensive research, however im wondering what all you guys think.. maybe its worth it to sell my 3.0 for a 1.8T?

Hmmm...
I bet you oculd pull 700 hp outts the 1.8T

Built internals, Tranny, large turbo, bolt ons, it all adds up.. anything can be done with lotsa money

APR stage 3+ 1.8T for me. I was hoping for better numbers out of the G3 cuz I was considering a 3.0 for my next A4, but I just wasn't that impressed w/ the dynos. THe extra power doesn't even really come on that much until like 4k rpm's, which IMO defeats half the purpose of a supercharger.

I think when most ppl say v before the number of cylinders the car has they don't realize what it actually means.
