hey i have a 2000 a4 qtm...i was wondering how would i kno if i had the sport suspension or not? according to the newbie guide i have the sport wheels but that doesn't really mean anything because the previous owner could have changed them

EDIT.... Doh, once again, fooled by the "I should check to see if it is a B5/B6/B7 before I post"...
I keep forgetting this forum doesn't separate them. On the B5, I have no idea... sorry.


For B6, though: If shocks are red or reddish-brown you have sport. If they are not, you don't. I believe stock shocks are black, but not certain.
If you have strut brace right in front of battery, you have sport. If not, you don't.

I know it will sit lower then a non-sport A4. it will also have the wheels like you said you have. the Suspension will be alot stiffer then a regular A4, and i believe your shocks would be red in color if you look under the car.

I thought the red shocks only applied to the B5's, and not the B6's.
