The dealer fixed my damaged engine due to failed oil pump about 12K miles ago. they mailed me something saying 145K service needed. what does the 145K service entail. and do I even need that if my engine only has 12K on it w/ a new turbocharger (just found that out when I looked at the bill for service... sweeeet) if not the 145K what should be my next service if I have 12K now? thanks. I searched.

 

Change the oil every 10K mi with synthetic oil.

yeah I know oil change I've been doing it every 5K but what else needs to be serviced? radiator flush or something? the T-belt was done, brand new turbocharger (10K ago) and rebuilt engine (10K ago) what would I be bringing it there for?

If you had the engine rebuilt, then they did the coolant too.

You should be good to go, give everything else the once over, and change the oil.

Look in your manual for other things - like brake fluid every 2 years, etc.
