HUB CENTRIC'S...you need them...this will get rid of the vibration. theyre 20 bux. my 18's made my car vibrate as well.. the wheel isnt centered with the hub correctly...get these babies and your A-OK

before you buy the hub centric's take off one of your wheels and put it back on going around the lug nuts to evenly put the wheel on, don't crank down one lug nut at a time, that's how i found my problem, most aftermarket wheels have bigger hubs than the factory wheels, put on your new wheels and see if there is play on the hub.
