Ok So I am getting an APR chip for sure this saturday ($400 CND installed)....because of the year of my car would they have to do a hard sodder or is it just a flash?


Also I know I have asked this like 3 times but I really need some detailed instructions on how to change my DV!(I have looked on search already and found not what I am looking for) I already took off the plastic on the bottom (which was hell...and now I cnt get it back on) but when I look up and see the old divereter Valve there is a line going to it? How do I disconnect this?

 

99.5 is drive by cable so they have to solder it in.

The DV is held in by 3 clamps. 2 obvious screw type clamps, and a one time use clamp on the skinny vac line that comes out the top of it. You have to pry that one off with pliars. You can either get a new one time use clamp from the dealer-audi or vw, or use a zip tie.
