whenever I'm getting on it very hard from the 1st to 2nd gear I hear this squeal noise like the belt is going bad but the belt is good, it only do this when I'm getting on it or whenever I luanch it. anybody have had this or know what this is

 

Are your RPM's jumping up faster than you are accelerating?

 

no it seems to be normal, I'm thinking that maybe when I get on it I put alot of stress on the belt or the fan which cause it to squeek when I get on it, it only makes a quick chirp squeek noise when I shift into the 2nd gear going very fast and high rpms

 

I don't get this on my 98.5...I wonder if its something with your clutch engaging. A stage 2 clamps harder, this might cause a noise at high RPM's. Do you notice it right as it goes into gear?

I think so but not sure because I'm shifting so fast and gunning the gas all at the same time

 

well today I drove my ride by a friend of mine and he say it sounds more like I'm scratching in the gear, THis is driving me crazy it sounds like I can't drive a stick when it does this its embarassing.

 

I have lost third gear syncrho, now that sounds like u dont know what ur doing.

Grinding going into the gear,BFlan2001, you cant really do anything except a new tranny or synchro, i did it one day racing and it started to grind, then it just got worse and then i race again and that was the end of it.
