Default 1st Gear w/GIAC no no

So just got my chip yesterday from Group5, two thumbs up...Now its a decent car. Little spikey but that was expected.

First Gear flooring is a no go on my FWD, even from a 5-10mph roll I am clawing for grip if I floor it. But 2nd gear on is gorgeous.

Anyone else in a fwd have grip problems? Wondering if it will smooth out or I will have to learn to give 80% gas in first..Think wider tires would help?

You have to go sorta easy in the rain/snow with a chip/fwd even with good tires. Your driving style will adapt.

i have alot of problems in the rain but you can eliminate almost all of your spin if you use teh clutch right and build the power in the wheels instead of letting it all hit at once.

Yeap i will spin, 1st, and 2nd, and then finally get traction, but i have a little more than a k03. And the main reason why i bought another audi is b/c of quattro.
