Hi guys, I've introduced myself on the Newcomer Thread. Had my Avant for 1.5 days now - O and I'm from South Africa

Buy here's it's again. A4 Avant, 2.6l, 1998 model, white. Car suffers from the what I have noticed on the forums, is the peeling rubber on the interior doorhandles syndrom.

I've spent about a week here silently reading all the posts, (and other forums)
So I wont be asking u what performance mods I can do to the engine (also relised the 2.6 was'nt available in USA)
I'm not a speed freak, but more into handling and acceleration. Plus the car is a familly transporter, for thrashing around I have anouther 2 cars that I will be using.

My list of mods will probably be suspension, rims, grill and 1 piece headlight related.

What I am after are some pics of white B5 models with headlight / grill mods etc so I can get some ideas of what the mods look like. The car also has the Naff looking wood grain dashboard inserts - are there aftermarket brushed aluminium replacements available ?

What are the differances between the Facelift models and the Pre-Facelift models ?

I'm also in need of recomended online parts dealers for Audi parts what ship internationally, eg lltek and Partsbin as it seems like I'll be importing most of the parts I need.
