Could someone please tell me where I could purchase a test pipe for my 2001 b5 2.8Quattro?

i dont think anyone makes one. i think you have to go custome. but i may be wrong

 

Its not the same, Test pipes really help turbo cars by exhausting the, well, exhaust right off the turbo in a more efficant manner. now you can still do the same thing but the results wont be nearly the same.

 

well a test pipe is just something that get rid of the cat. to a straight through pipe

 

so if you were in cali and you had a test pipe you would get owned on a smog test?

I'm in florida, no emission tests.[sm=badbadbad.gif], but yes as stated above, I would like to delete my cats to help improve my top end, since there isn't much to do to my car.

 

dont get a test pipe, you might get 1 hp, but no more than that, and it will probably make the car sound like a ricer, its totally not worth it. if you wanted to mod than the 2.8 is not the way to go... the only mod thats worth it is a supercharger, and thats 5 grand.
