The TL will have all wheel drive soon enough. And your experience could have come down to driver capabilities... The TL is a capable car.

Mazda speed 6 will be out also.

another 270 hp AWD fun fest. but the current problems with the mazda 6 would have me worried about buying it.

I have an 03 RSX. Before that I had an Integra. Haven't had a single problem with either.

The TSX has a similar engine to the RSX, so I can guestimate that it will be fairly quiet when new, but after 10,000 miles or so, it will become VERY loud. The TSX has more sound deadening than the RSX, so that should help a bit.

New or old, the TSX will be hurting for torque. Also, the A4 has a solid German feel to it that Acura hasn't been able to match - not even the TL. Yes, the TL is fast, pretty (inside and out) and you get a lot of technology for the money, but it still drives like a Honda.

I have to chime in here one more time because I, too, once owned an Integra. Mine was an '89, bought it new and had a lot of fun blowing the doors off of uppity 944s. Unfortunately, it broke ALL THE TIME. By the time I traded it in with 53K miles it had gone through two clutches (when none of the previous five cars I had owned with manual trannies had gone less than 100k on a clutch), three sets of brake linings, two sets of front rotors, miscellaneous front suspension bits to correct a high speed (70mph+) vibration that the dealer neither could nor wanted to ever set straight and became the ONLY car I had ever owned, new or used, to leave me stranded on the side of the road. I was convinced that Honda's definition of "Formula 1 race inspired" meant that the Integra would be the ideal car as long as I had five tractor trailers and a team of guys clad in Nomex suits following me everywhere I went.
