Anyone know what the difference is between the 2007 and 2008 A4 quattro sedan (I'm talking about the B7 2008 coming out in a month or two, not the redesigned one for next year)?

I'm told by some dealers that the '08 will come standard with s-line bumpers and a grill, and I'm told by others that there is no difference at all. I'm looking at getting one now and am trying to decide between a discounted 2007 model or a new 2008, which will run about $2-3k more. Would be nice to know about the '08 before ordering it, but can't find any info on thet net that's not about the redesign.

i was under the impression that 08 was b8 body style.

 

No, the redesign will debut in Germany at the end of Sept. It's being released for sale in the US as the 2009 model... maybe being released earlier in Europe, I'm not sure. But in the meantime, the actual B7 2008's will be here in 6 weeks (or less) and will be essentially the same as the '07.

The B8 version looks a lot like a BMW... somewhat Bangle-influenced.

 

I didn't think the B8 looks Banglesque at all. It's very much an Audi and it's beautiful.
