So I am having a particular issue with my vehicle. The engine is misfiring heavily at idle, and performs better giving gas although still misfires. Lacking in performance because of issue. Already replaced spark plugs, pcv valve, and ignition coils. Convinced it is a ventilation issue because when I take the tube off from intake manifold to my PCV, and then plug with thumb, the engine performs like normal. I have checked the tubbing on the opposite end of the PCV as well. What am I missing? What could solve my issue?

Hi bro had you had a chance to check the fuel rail residual pressure before removing the intake ? I personally like to do this test with a cold engine because with a hot engine the fuel pressure all ways goes up in not in a long time I usually test them for 10 to 15 min and the rail pressure should drop a bit compared to idle but not drop too fast I remember seeing a Audi TSB for the 3.2 v6 engine I follow the same specs for the 2.0l and it serve me well then again I do this test with a cold engine I start it and let it run 10 seconds then shut it off and turn the key on and observe the rail pressure and see if any injectors are leaking i also like to clean the injectors tips when I’m reusing them I use throttle body cleaner and a plastic brush or brass I think the car runs better afterwards including the intake valve service anyway can’t wait for part deux.
