2011 A4, 2.0T quatro, 55,000 miles. My audi produces a "high pitch noise" on the highway 60mph and up - listen to the audio recording in my dropbox. Audi techs cannot find any issues with the car. The tires are new, services is up to date, no accidents.

the noise can only be heard when the highway, and i know this sounds crazy, is newly paved. As such, the audi techs have a heard time reproducing this noise.

could it be the driveshaft??? any other suggestions - this is driving me nuts.
