Default 2013 Audi A4 front grille, easy to remove bracket?

Hey everyone. i just picked up my 2013 audi a4 tonight and I love it. However I live in a state where it requires to have two plates. I really hate how audi drilled the license bracket right into the grille and no longer offer fillers. I want to remove it but was wondering if bumper plugs would fit the holes from the bracket and if it's hard to remove? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The bracket is very simple to remove. There's a company called bumperplugs.com who can supply you factory color-matched plugs to install. The tricky part is that on the 2013, the top holes from the plate bracket are VERY close to one of the horizontal beams of the grille, and I'm not sure the bumper plugs will fit into place.

The bracket was easy to remove but lucky me there are 5 holes instead of 4 The plugs look okay and the top does hit the horizontal strip so it doesn't lie flush. The color does match perfectly it's not lighter like in the pic. I have to take a better picture. I am not sure if I like it, I am still fighting with the dealership to get a new grille. How do you guys think this looks? [/Name: 2bcc2f6d.jpg

I got my new grille installed yesterday and it looks so good. I am so happy. The dealership said it took a lot longer than 4 hours to install but still only charged me 4 hours of labor. I will post pics soon!
