I know it adds 10 to 15hp, thats a def, but i have never heard any torque output numbers, 40tq is alot, i wouldnt expect to feel that much.

your turbo will spool faster and will have less backpressure. Emissions will be a no no .. but here in MN = no emissions.. (we are a bunch a poluters!)

I am getting the 2.5" Test Pipe soon

will that kick cel's due to the fact the both o2's will have the same readings, or do chipped cars not have to worry about that. also, due standard chip fuel maps also compensate for the average amount of backpressure with a cat, or does that apply either?

No you will not be able to pass emissions.

The CEL can be fixed by placing the O2 Sensor in a Spark Plug fowler ....

Nothing compensates for backpressure... you wont need more/less fuel for backpressure I believe (Correct me if i am wrong)
