Hey guys, I am about to get a full cat back 3" exhaust put on. A friend of mine at a local muffler shop is charging me 240$ w/ resonator and fixing a rust spot on my remus muffler. That includes all mandrel bent piping. Does this sound like a good deal? Anyone else have this size exhaust, and is it really loud? I dont care how loud it is when Im on the throttle, but I dont want it to be obnoxious at idle and under normal driving conditons.

 

its really hard to tell 3" resonated may be okay. But have you thought of doing that and just adding a mid muffler.

 

240$ is a smokin deal!! 3' seems big tho what about boost creep? maybe 2.5' would be better?

Would you get boost creap with the stock turbo and 3" all the way back with no resonator?

^^^ exactly 3" is too big for your setup 2.5" is the biggest you will want to go
