I was wondering how much hp does both have? i am looking into getting an audi but im not sure witch one is best for me. im looing into probaly chip, and exhuast witch one will be faster?

The 6 cylinder doesn't have many engine mods. The 4 cylinder has more available. Chipping the car is really only good for the 1.8T. You can also upgrade the turbo and exhaust and get some good hp. Chipping the 1.8T alone should make it slightly quicker than the 3.0.

Most people recommend the 1.8T so you can mod it. If you really aren't going to mod the engine too much, get the 3.0 as it will be a little more reliable and just about as quick.

 

1.8T is a light weight performer and the V6 is a fat guy like me so a cruiser which is what it was designed for
