i dont think your making 250 on just chip and exhaust. i'd say 225... and thats really generous
for 300 hp, you'd have to go bt and standalone, and that means upgraded cluch and fmic which is expensive
for an overall bill to make 300+ hp on what you have currently, i'd say 5g's is a decent guess

haha u can easily get over 300chp without standalone but with a gt28r and all the correct components will get you at 310chp(says ATP) for less than 5g

Then TommRitt entered my mind with standalone on a T3/T4 who made 315 whp on standalone and all supporting mods
