Default 30V 2.8 chip

Anyone have one? I heard the reviews and thinking of getting that and a snub. But the neuspeed is cheaper. Is there any difference?

I've heard if you have the money it's worth it, but you dont get quite the gains they advertise. Rev limiter moved up, no speed limiter, dead spot gone, minimal gains...sounds like it could be fun!

For most N/A cars a chip isnt gunna do nearly as much as you want, it will probably give you a lil more punch but if it were me and i had a 2.8 id save the money for a SC

What kind of chip did you get for $130? Greedspeed, GIAC, Wetterauer, or did you go with the Neuspeed?? And this may be a stupid question, but how do you get a used chip...I thought they were sodered onto our circuit boards, so is it possible to just swap them out? We can't flash-load, correct?

Definitely keep us updated...I've got a 30V myself and was thinking about chips. I also have the added joy of having a Tip, so that'll be some MORE expensive software for me to buy :-)
