Little to no noise from the clutch system for the first two inches of travel, but as you will hear, after that a whining or squeaking noise can be heard. Seems to be more pronounced when the car is off. Anyone think that this could be covered under warranty repair of will this be out of pocket?

Sounds like a bushing.. You should put the camera where the noise is coming from..
