well today i finally reached 4000 whoa
i cant believe i been here so long
met alot of great people here and only a few bad eggs,

now for the horrible new

but also today was also a bad bad horrible fuckked up day
i got scammed
while i was exit a free way it was a stop and go so i wasnt speeding down the off ramp
the old truck infront of me was about to merge in to the street and go, there where no cars at all on the street
he then goes and i follow and what does he do slam on the brakes hard
i rear end him and dented his bumper

i was like OMG this cant be rite, im so FUKKED
but i stayed calmed and told the guy how about we settle this out side
300 bucks rite now and he goes i think im hurt
and then i go fine 500 rite now and he alrite deal
see he was fakin the whole thing but theres nuthin i can do
i call up my aunt write up a contract and paid the faker off and have him sign a contract

my bady is hurt now and im so mad at myself

 

ouch, cheng! sorry to hear that...at least you got him to settle for 500 bucks...it seems like everyone and their mother is looking to sue whoever they can these days...especially in california

 

I wouldnt have settled for crap.. take it to court.. tell them that he intentionally slammed on brakes out of road rage because he thought you were following to close.. I had a friend do that.. and he rearended somebody and won the case.. and sued the guy!!! Because he caused the accident

 

Feel glad, could have been alot worse....

 

Well, I hope your friend did that because the guy was trying to fake being hurt, Redgoat... otherwise thats pretty mean.
I'd love to get off on a rant about personal responsibility, but I think I'll save it.

Sorry to hear about your accident Panda... is any of the paint chipped or anything? I hope everything can get squared away without having to spend too much to fix it (or to 'fix' that a**hole because he's 'hurt').

no it wasnt a big accident, the bags didnt blow

 

thats good to hear. still sry about ur accident. If he was mexican i would have called the cops and said he did it on perpurse (nothing against mexicans but i have a friend that had it happen to him)
