5 SPEED VS. 6 SPEED

i am in search of a 2003-2004 1.8T, i was wondering if the 5 speed 03 is worth it or should i try to get a 6er.

go with the 04. i would rather have the 6 speed and its faster.

is the 6 speed worth 4500 more? cuz i want a six speed too, but i wanna get one below 21K
