pc-16 for dbc or j31 for dbw, both require the use of 310cc injectors, and a fmic, both run lots of timing and the j31 runs 27psi, I've seen 217awhp out of the j31, but posted 210awhp as a conservative number

As a biased fan of the 2.8 30V, I'd recommend TAP chip tune, custom exhaust, an intake, upgrade the plugs, wires, get rs4 motor mounts, snub mount, VF trans mount, AWE stabilizer, SPEC clutch, lightweight flywheel and pulleys, a B&M short shift, and haul ***!!! You'll be lucky if you get 50hp to the wheels but it'll damn sure feel good after all that's installed that you didn't spend $5,000 for a super charger. Did I miss anything? If you're still not happy then I guess you can bore out the engine and get custom pistons or something. Let me know cuz that's all I got.

Yeah or you could get a 1.8t and have the availability of some real power mods. Why are you replying to a 2+yr old thread??
