what would be the best kit to go with to get clear head lights and lower for lights for a 96'?

get 99.5-01 oem headlights and fog lights. you can find them used on ebay. if you want to spend some money you can buy e-codes (european spec) headlights from ecstuning, achtuning, etc, etc..everyone sells them, but they're expensive and impossible to find used.
