and make it a habit of sitting in your car at idle for 2-3 minutes after driving to prolong the life of your turbo.

also see airbox mod sticky at the top if you want the psshhhh sound and louder turbo spool.

Thanks. I'm not a noob to turboing just to Audi's. I used to have a 515hp Nissan 200sx SE-R. I sold it a while ago. I'm in the process of building a new one that is scaled-down, and also just starting on the Audi.

the reason why he reacted like that is because it seems like everyday someone reposts the same crap over and over again. we just ask that before you post a new topic you search through the forums for your answer so the forum doesn't get flooded. this question has been asked about 100 times on this forum and another 100 in other forums like the Turbos, Supercahrgers, and Nitrous section. SmokeU wasn't trying to attack you he was just expressing his frustration and giving the same response we always give to newbies who ask questions that have already been answered one too many times. But to answer your question definitely go with a chip first, GIAC is the chip of choice around here. Then go with a DV and NOT a BOV. Then a boost controller or a test pipe and exhaust system and you will see some nice performance out of your car.
