tuneable? i mean, can a get some quickness out of this car? i am planning on buying one with in the next two months, but i really want to know if these cars can be quick. i have my first mods in mind, and they go as follows:

chipped ecu
turbo upgrade (what is the stock turbo size anyway? T25 or is it smaller than that?
intercooler
550cc injectors
full custom exhaust
KW variant 3 coilovers
some "HRE" wheels (this is a real stretch here!)

i am converting from a honda man, and i want something that has four doors.

 

i duno how much you want to spend but if u want speed quick buy the audi TT 710N diverter then chip it.. Using either GIAC or APR ud be runnin around 210 horse and 260 torque. Its all about torque with quattro audi's

 

Stock turbo is a K03

 

The 710n can be bought for like 40 bucks, with a turbo upgrade and chip they can be quick. With your list of mods your lookin at like aprrox 245/250hp.

 

For under 600 dollars total this would give you about 200ish horsepower. (About 1.50 per additional horsepower)
You have to determine if spending an extra 4 thousand is worth an extra 40 horsepower (About 10 dollars per horsepower).

 

4 thousand for 40hp?... You can buy giac's turbo upgrade for $1,700 and it gives 235hp. With $2,300 you can get ALOT more then 5hp.

 

the K03 is considerable smaller than the T25. why do you ask? were you looking at turbo eclipses too? IF so the eclipse will be more tunable than the Audi. The girls like the eclipse better though, but every guy will make fun of you behind your back.

 

I raced a turbo eclipse the other night and schooled him, there not that fast. His turbo was spooling REALLY REALLY loud though.
