Just bought a '99! Predictably, I started pressing every button in the cab inquisitively. When I got to the cigarette lighter, I pushed it in and it never popped out. I'm guessing it's jammed? Fuse blown probably? I can't feel it generating any heat, so that would make sense, but it could also be really well insulated so that I wouldn't anyway.

Any idea how to get it to pop out? Or any other solutions? Thanks for any help.
