Default 99 2.8Q 30V help

okay so i replaced my air filter and got fuel injection cleaning, the car seems to run much better.. i use to get about 260-280miles on like 14 gallons which is like 18-20 miles a gallon

so i bought dot4 brake fluid since im at the minimum line, and coolant is also at the same point, so do i need to buy (Pentosin Anti-Freeze GOO1200 (Red)
Price: $10.93) and is there any other fluids i should get? or is there anything else i should replace/clean in the car im 67K.

and last winter i had a engine misfire in cylinder two or something like that..i had it scanned and thats what showed up but then it just went away... i know its been a long time but i didnt think anything of it because it just dissapeared and winter is going to be comming up and im worried it might happen again..( does that happen more often in cold weather?) so does that mean i need new spark plugs or a new wire set.. i have no idea when the spark plugs were replaced..
